Leaders and health policy experts from several national nursing and health professional organizations discuss the current legislative, regulatory, and policy initiatives aimed at addressing the issues affecting nurse well-being. This two-part program explores many of the issues currently straining the well-being of the nephrology nursing profession, including staffing, burnout, work environment, and COVID-19. In addition, presenters focus on what nephrology nurses can do to advocate for policies to improve their well-being in the workplace.
