Being a nurse leader is difficult and requires a willingness to continually learn and adapt. This session provides practical leadership applications focusing on organization of time and responsibilities and the essential tool of communication. Tips are shared on conflict resolution, coaching/mentoring, innovation, succession planning, and work-life balance.
