122 - Innovative Leadership Styles Required in Today's Environment

In this year of multiple stressors and changes in our healthcare system, leaders have had to become innovative and foster a mindset of growth. Realizing that change should be done on a continuum rather than overnight and that innovation is absolutely essential, this session discusses what it means to lead a culture of innovation, creating a shared vision through both formal and informal networks. “Inspire, ideate, and impact” is the overall theme throughout this session.
