OD06 - Home Dialysis: Reaching the CMS Goal of 50% by 2025

Enhancing patient education about kidney disease treatment options enables patients and families to make informed decisions about home care. This session focuses on the components of an effective patient education plan and strategies to increase home dialysis penetration.
