As we strive to recruit and retain staff members, effective communication is a primary tool for success. Learn the essential guidelines for effectively communicating with staff and colleagues in the workplace.

Requirements for Successful Completion:

Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online CNE evaluation. You will be able to print your CNE certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.
