As clinicians, we are aware of the need to always be prepared for a visit from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to demonstrate that our facility is providing quality patient care. This session provides tips for survey readiness, including keeping up with changes in the survey process and identifying tools and resources.
