050 - Emerging Pathogens: Ebola, MERS, Multi-Drug Resistant Bacteria, and More

Today's health care workers must be prepared to assess, plan for, and treat emerging viruses such as Ebola, MERS, and Chikungunya. An expert in infectious disease, Dr. van Duin discusses the emergence of these viruses as well as nonviral pathogens, such as multi-drug resistant bacteria, and their impact on the United States health care system.
