Objectives:

• Discuss bundling and the proposed changes as well as the amendments due to H.R. 4032.
• Compare and contrast dialysis payment before PPS, currently, and the anticipated PPS payment.
• Examine the past, present, and future trends for the anemia and mineral and bone metabolism goals as well as the therapy trends for each disease state.
• Examine Ca, P, and iPTH and the therapy trends from 2010 to present. Identify the present and proposed QIP and how therapy may change to accommodate the changes.
• Identify the most common medications dispensed.
