This workshop assists nurses in developing evidence-based practice projects in clinical settings. Participants learn to develop a practice question, critique the evidence, and translate evidence into practice (PET). They will identify and learn to formulate research questions within the field of nephrology related to the PICOT format. Using a variety of databases, they will conduct a search for evidence and then appraise the evidence by critiquing the strength and quality of published studies.
