This session reviews the positive outcomes patients experience by engaging in the practice of yoga. Audience members also will participate in a few common chair yoga poses to both experience and learn more about these benefits. This a greats session for the afternoon! Pull up a chair!

Learning Outcome: After completing this learning activity, the participant will be able to discuss the possible benefits that a low intensity exercise regimen such as yoga can have on physical and psychological outcomes in patients on chronic hemodialysis and recommendations for future research.
