This session brings participants up to date on the work of ANNA’s Home Dialysis Therapies Task Force and the outcome of their Think Tank meeting. The task force’s work centered around gaining insight into barriers to home dialysis therapy and updating ANNA position statements to bolster advocacy efforts aimed at increasing utilization of this therapy option.

ANNA urges participants to be aware of the CE requirements for re-licensure in the states in which they hold a license.

Learning Outcome:
After completing this learning activity, the participant will be able to discuss the importance of RNs practicing to the full extent of their education and license to overcome barriers and maximize opportunities in home dialysis therapies.
