Home dialysis is a modality that has been proven to have the best patient outcomes and longevity. Despite these data, home dialysis can be challenging for some individuals. Hear from a patient about her perspective and experiences with home care. Gain insight into how to be more proactive with education and training, and how to assist patients/families to be better prepared so they, too, can succeed with home dialysis.
