Beginning with a self-assessment of your own feelings and reactions to change, you are guided in a discussion of how to deal with change in the workplace, including maintaining staff engagement despite constant change, overcoming resistance to change, and improving staff retention.

Great job by Dr. Corbett.. I have experienced flight, fight and freeze at the idea of something else being added on. I did better with change as a manager than I did as a staff member. lol. In an ever changing medical field I needed to hear this! Thank you. Great presentation.
