123 - Change Agents: How to Successfully Lead with Constant Change

This informative session is important for leaders and staff nurses alike as we explore how all nurses can be change agents. Beginning with a self-assessment of your own feelings and reactions to change, you are guided in a discussion of how to deal with change in the workplace, including maintaining staff engagement despite constant change, overcoming resistance to change, and improving staff retention.

Complete the learning activity in its entirety and complete the online nursing continuing professional development (NCPD) evaluation. You will be able to print your NCPD certificate at any time after you complete the evaluation.

Great job by Dr. Corbett.. I have experienced flight, fight and freeze at the idea of something else being added on. I did better with change as a manager than I did as a staff member. lol. In an ever changing medical field I needed to hear this! Thank you. Great presentation.
