Wendy Grantz has been an RN for 30 years and practiced in the areas of: long term care, home health care, home infusion therapies, correctional nursing and for the last 17 years in dialysis with DaVita. Of the 17 years in dialysis, 14 of those years are in home dialysis, with experience in PD and HHD. Her education includes a diploma from Citizens General School of Nursing, Bachelors in Science of Nursing from Penn State, Masters in nursing education from Purdue Global and is a Certified Nephrology Nurse.
