Paula Dutka is an advanced practice nurse that focuses on staff development and clinical research in her dual daily role as director of education and research for nephrology at NYU Langone, Long Island. She has been a member of the Long Island Chapter of ANNA for many years and holds a position on the Editorial Board of Nephrology Nursing Journal and is a member of the ANNA Research Committee. She is proud of the work that her research team has done over the years to enhance the care of our patients with kidney disease having helped to bring 13 drugs to market. She has many publications in Nephrology Nursing Journal and frequently presents nationally.
