Matthew Rivara MD

Dr. Matthew Rivara is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Nephrology at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He is the author of over 50 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, and his scholarly work has focused on clinical and patient-reported outcomes among patients with end-stage kidney disease treated with home dialysis modalities. He serves as a council member and education committee co-chair for the North American Chapter of the International Society for Peritoneal Dialysis and is a core faculty for Home Dialysis University. He is the Chief Medical Officer for Northwest Kidney Centers.
