Matt is the Project Director of the CROWNWeb Outreach, Communication, and Training team, known as OCT. As part of OCT, Matt has spent the last five years developing interactive training materials, creating multimedia, and conducting national training for all phases of the CROWNWeb project. He holds a Master of Science in Digital Communications from Utah State University, and is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa.
