Mackenzie (Kenzie) Heareth is graduating May 7th with a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from The Ohio State University. She has been a student in the Honors Nursing Program for the past 3 years working on the TASK research study as a research assistant. She currently works at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center as a Student Nurse Aide/PCA on a Progressive Care Unit. After graduation, she has accepted a position in her hometown of Louisville, Kentucky at the University of Louisville hospital in their Cardiovascular Intensive Care & Open Heart Recovery Unit. In the future, she hopes to return to graduate school to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as a CRNA.
