Goal: To provide information about the correlation between the use of angiotensin-coating enzyme (ACE) inhibitors and hypotensive patient reactions.

Objectives:

Describe a therapeutic plasma exchange procedure.
Discuss relevant studies regarding the use of ACE inhibitors in the treatment of patients receiving therapeutic plasma exchanges.
Explain clinical implications of using ACE inhibitors for patients receiving plasma therapy.
