Kelly is the Patient Safety Manager for Inpatient Clinical Services at Fresenius Kidney Care in Waltham, Massachusetts. With over 20 years of experience in nephrology, dialysis, and critical care, she specializes in managing dialysis programs, fluid volume management, and creating educational content for healthcare professionals. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana and is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. An active member of ANNA, she serves as Best Practice Advisor for the Acute Care SPN.
