Ms. Reynolds has worked with the Nevada State Board of Nursing for 6 years as the Compliance Coordinator whose role is to monitor Nevada nurses who have been placed on probation for substance abuse disorders with the Nevada State Board of Nursing. She speaks throughout Nevada to hospitals and schools of nursing on the subject of the impaired nurse, how to identify the signs and symptoms of an impaired nurse and nurses' responsibility in reporting to the Board. Ms. Reynolds is a past member of the Nevada State Board of Nursing appointed by the Governor serving for 4 years from July 1995 to July 1999. She has worked in a wide variety of nursing areas, management and director positions.
