Kate Sciacca AGACNP-BC

Kate Sciacca is a kidney palliative care nurse practitioner at Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston, MA. She is also the co-medical director of the outpatient kidney palliative care clinic, and the director of palliative care nursing. She completed the Harvard Interdisciplinary Palliative Care fellowship in 2019 and has been practicing in kidney palliative care since, leading the KidneyPal team, an interdisciplinary palliative care team dedicated to patients with kidney disease. She has traveled extensively to Australia and the UK, learning about kidney supportive care and conservative kidney management from many leaders in the field.
