Dr. Kauffman has over 25 years of experience in Nephrology nursing and healthcare leadership. She works at University of Virginia Health where she is currently the director of the stem cell transplant and cellular therapy program and the oncology quality program. She has served as chair of the conference planning committee and is currently a member of the Advocacy and Health Policy Committee.
