Dr. Kauffman has over 25 years of experience as a leader in healthcare. She is employed at the University of Virginia Health as the director of the cellular therapy and stem cell transplant program. She has served in several roles in ANNA including the chair of the Conferences Committee. She currently serves on the Advocacy and Health Policy committee.
