Jessica Demaline MSW, LSW

Jessica Demaline presently serves as Senior Vice President, Healthcare Operations at Interwell Health. Jessica is a licensed, master's level Social Worker with over 20 years combined experience in behavioral health and renal social work. Jessica spent her first 10 years as a social worker focused on behavioral health in areas such as emergency assessment, inpatient psychiatric care, family and play therapy. As a renal social worker, Jessica has worked with ESKD patients, managed a region of social workers and currently leads a team of over 270 clinical and non-clinical team members serving over 100,000 CKD and ESKD patients in value-based care contracts.
