Jay S. Agarwal MD, MBA

Dr Jay Agarwal currently serves as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for Panoramic Health. In that role, he oversees all value-based care operations at the organization. This includes over 150 care management professionals and 100 nurse practitioners that manage 13 different Kidney Contracting Entities (KCEs) through Medicare's CKCC program. Prior to his administrative roles, Dr. Agarwal practiced nephrology in Southern California for 15 years and completed his medical training at UCLA.
