Jacque is a Certified Nephrology Nurse Practitioner who has worked in nephrology for over 20 years. Her dedication lies in promoting patient-centered care and fostering collaborative approaches to enhance the quality of life for patients. She started the Vascular Access Task Force alongside an interventional nephrologist, bringing together nephrology practices and dialysis clinics, resulting in an improvement in fistula and catheter rates within the greater Toledo area. She is particularly passionate about facilitating seamless transitions from office-based care to dialysis treatment and optimizing vascular access management while minimizing patients' stress.
