Ebony D. Caldwell Ed. D., M.A., CDE®

Dr. Ebony D. Caldwell is the founder of At the Table Consulting, LLC. She is a transformative leader that has dedicated over a decade of her career to organizational change and strategic planning with an intentional focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her career includes work in law enforcement, politics, academia, community, and consulting.

Dr. Caldwell engages in critical conversations to exam, uncover, and address historic and structural inequities. She works from the philosophy of diversity is a benefit, equity is a goal, and inclusion is an ongoing practice. She has led cross-divisional committees, task forces, and leadership advisory boards to align commitment, vision, and results. In this work she has cultivated the ability to garner the support of colleagues and embrace the gray areas as opportunities for growth.

Dr. Caldwell received her bachelor’s and master's degree in Psychology from Medaille University and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University.
