Donna Magtibay is a Nursing Education Specialist who supports the educational needs of the staff who work in the Mayo Clinic Dialysis Services eight hemodialysis units. She has held various positions since starting her nursing career in 1982 including direct patient care staff, management, and education. Her passion for quality patient care for the hemodialysis patient led her to start a formal training program through the Mayo School of Health Science where she is both faculty and program director.
