David has over 40 years of experience in government affairs beginning in the US Senate and House. In health care, he has worked on the Americans with Disabilities Act, development of Medicare Part B, the Ryan White Acr, the Clean Air Act. Lately, David has worked on expanded services in the ESRD program, the Transplant Modernization Initiative at HRSA and a host of other issues in the kidney space.
