Christine M. Chmielewski MS, CRNP, ANP-BC, CNN-NP

Christine Chmielewski is a Nephrology Nurse Practitioner at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She has worked in Nephrology Nursing for 45 years which includes kidney replacement therapies and all stages of CKD. In her current position as a Nephrology NP, she provides care to patients in 5 outpatient dialysis clinics and the nephrology office. She received her M.S. as a renal Clinical Specialist from Boston University and her post-Master's certificate in Adult Health from Temple University. She is actively involved in continuing education as a presenter at local, regional, and national programs. As an author, she has authored/co-authored nephrology-related articles and chapters.
