Bob Loeper is currently the Vice President of Operations Support, Business Continuity/Disaster Response for Fresenius Kidney Caree NA for the last 35 years. Bob also serves as the Fresenius Incident Commander and conducts emergency response training throughout the company and activates Incident Command Teams as needed to response to large scale disasters.
