Goal: To discuss the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and clinical management of Primary IgA nephropathy.

Objectives:

Discuss the pathophysiology of IgA nephropathy.
Identify clinical findings consistent with the diagnosis of IgA nephropathy.
Describe the treatment options and prognosis of IgA nephropathy.
