Andrea Moore LMSW

Andrea Moore is currently a Health Equity Specialist at Quality Insights ESRD Networks 3, 4, and 5. Prior to serving as a Health Equity Specialist, she worked as a dialysis social worker and led quality improvement activities as a Project Manager to prevent and slow the progression of kidney disease, as well as eliminate health disparities and inequities are the kidney disease population. Throughout her 14-year career in healthcare she has primarily worked to better the health outcomes of individuals with chronic kidney disease. She is dedicated to forwarding the health equity agenda and championing the prioritization of thoughtful and strategic health equity activities.
