Analiza Guerrero DNP, MSN, ANP-BC, CRNP, CNN-NP

Dr. Analiza P. Guerrero is a certified nephrology nurse practitioner with 12 years' experience at Metropolitan Nephrology Associates, P.C. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is the founder of the Chronic Kidney Disease Education (K.E.E.P. Project) Trial Program for the Practice in 2016. She is currently a clinical associate in women's health nurse practitioner program at the University of Pennsylvania for outpatient primary skills in Nephrology. She recently obtained her degree in Doctor of Nursing Practice at Rutgers University in October of 2022. Her DNP Project focuses on medication adherence among patients with CKD. She is a past recipient of the ANNA clinical practice grants for chronic kidney disease education in 2017 and NNCC advanced practice career mobility scholarship in 2021. She is a current member of ANNA Keystone Chapter, an SPN volunteer, and past participant in NNCC Advanced Practitioner Focus Group.
