Session speakers discuss the important role of nephrology nurses in dialysis facilities and transplant centers, and how they impact the care of patients with end-stage kidney disease. The presentation includes insights from nurses with firsthand experience in achieving positive outcomes through enhancing this partnership. The speakers also explore how collaboration between networks and facilities can improve quality assurance and performance through quality assurance and performance improvement activities, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes.
