Goal: To disseminate information from a study on symptoms occurrence and symptoms distress as perceived by patients with renal transplants.

Objectives:

  1. Relate the most common symptoms reported to the perception of the distress caused by those symptoms in studied patients with renal transplants.
  2. Contrast symptom occurrence and symptom distress in patients with heart transplants to those in patients having renal transplantation.
  3. Summarize findings from a study on the quality of life as reported by patients with renal transplants.
