  1. Define burnout, including somatic, cognitive, and interpersonal maifestations.
  2. Explain how nephrology nurses may be experiencing burnout globally.
  3. Discuss the methods of the study and its results regarding burnout in nephrology nurses working in Israel.
  4. Describe the implications this study may have on nephrology nurses worldwide.
