Goal
Understand the cardiovascular risk factors for patients with ESRD who are on dialysis and ways to potentially mitigate these risks.

Objectives:

1. Identify the impact from the traditional CVD risk factors in patients on dialysis.
2. Discuss non-traditional CVD risk factors that relate to patients with ESRD and their dialysis treatment.
3. Discuss implications to nephrology community based on the latest evidence-based practice.
