Goal:
To explore nurses' perceptions of safety and quality in a hemodialysis unit.

Objectives:

1. Identify perceived hazards in safety practices, and current safety and quality issues.
2. Discuss the potential barriers and supports related to the provision of quality care.
3. Determine a priority list of safety practices, and safety and quality issues.
