Description

Goal:To provide an overview of the perspectives of patients on hemodialysis about their experiences of fluid restriction.

Objectives:

  1. Describe the importance of maintaining an ideal interdialytic body weight (IDW) for patients on hemodialysis.
  2. Understand how patients on hemodialysis perceive their experiences of fluid restriction.
  3. Utilize the knowledge gained in this activity to help patients improve their self-efficacy.
