Paul served as the chief human resources officer for a large, faith-based, integrated health care system. As CHRO he oversaw all HR strategies and operations at both the system and business-unit levels related to labor relations, employee benefits and wellness, executive and staff employee level compensation, employee recruitment, retention and engagement, employee health, HRIS, and organizational development and education. He was staff to the Human Resources Committee of the health system’s Board of Directors. Paul serves on the North Park University School of Business and Non-Profit Management Advisory Board. He received his Master’s degree, graduating with High Honors as a Hotchkiss Scholar, from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, and his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Paul received his Leadership Coaching Specialist credential 2016.
