Dorothy "Dotti" Plank, BSN, RN, CNN is a Registered Nurse serving in the nephrology field for 20+ years at Fresenius Kidney Care. Dotti has spent the majority of her career in management / supportive roles in Quality, IT and Education. In her most current role as Vice President of Education, methods and systems, Dotti has learned to apply the project management dicipline to influence process improvement with in the organization.
