Lynn Poole has more than 30 years experience as a leader in the provision and oversight of healthcare services for individuals across the life spectrum and for those with Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Renal Disease. She is a family nurse practitioner and has developed and implemented disease/case management programs. She has experience and expertise in vascular access management and is the past Clinical Lead for the ESRD National Coordinating Center and Fistula First Catheter Last.
