Carolyn E. Latham DNP, MBA, MSN, RN, CNN

Carolyn Latham has been a nephrology nursing leader for over 35 years. She has clinical and administrative expertise in numerous aspects of nephrology nursing including the care and services for persons receiving inpatient, outpatient, and home dialysis therapies. She has extensive experience in person-centered care, clinical operations, quality management, nephrology nursing standards, methods, structures and practice environments. She has held clinical, consulting, management, and executive positions from clinical manager to chief nursing executive roles. She has held local, regional, and national positions within the American Nephrology Nursing Association including national president and is a past recipient of the most prestigious Outstanding Contribution to ANNA award. She is currently the incoming chair of the ANNA Leadership Committee. She has earned numerous academic degrees including Doctor of Nursing Practice in healthcare systems leadership from Vanderbilt University and both a MSN and MBA from the University of Miami.
