Dr. Millenbruch has extensive and varied nursing experiences both in the clinical and academic setting. She is certified in rehabilitation nursing and has focused her research on sexuality after stroke. Dr Millenbruch has extensive teaching experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and does consulting for other agencies regarding nursing education. Most recently, Dr. Millenbruch was the Associate Chief Nurse for Education and Research at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center where she led a division that was responsible for nursing orientation, continuing education, competency development and assessment, nurse residency programs, nurse scholarships, simulation training, evidence based practice and nursing research.
