Michael Frace MSN, RNC, C-NPT, NNP-BC, RRT

Mike began his career in healthcare over 20 years ago when he started as an orderly at the local nursing home in his hometown of Berwick, PA. He has since continued his education and professional development becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist, a Registered Nurse, and most recently a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. He has worked in many nursing roles including emergency room, adult and neonatal critical care, education and leadership. Mike received his BSN and MSN from the University of Phoenix, and his post-master’s certificate in Acute Neonatal Care from the University of Connecticut. He is currently continuing his education working towards a dual MBA in leadership and healthcare administration at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire. Mike works for the Department of Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth- Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, as well as clinical faculty for Dartmouth Medical School. Mike’s favorite part of his job is working with DHART as a team leader for the Neonatal Intensive Care Transport Team. On a personal note, Mike lives in Woodsville, NH with his wife of 21 years, Sue, along with their beagle, two cats and 13 chickens!
