Neil is a Master Practitioner Consultant of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator which means he has accumulated thousands of hours of experience and is a personality nerd. He has also been a personality contributor to Woman's World magazine. Neil has over a decade experience in healthcare where he developed a management education series for new and seasoned managers. He used the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to help managers understand their managerial style and to improve communication in teams that weren't playing nice with one another. Neil's academic background includes a BA in Psychology, a BA in Sociology and an MA in Counseling. Neil and his wife and two children live in Appleton, WI.
