Zorica Kauric-Klein PhD, RN

Dr. Zorica Kauric-Klein is currently an Associate Professor in Nursing at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She has been a nurse for over 30 years, a nurse practitioner for 25 years with a focus on nephrology. She received her PhD in Nursing from Wayne State University in 2011, and has worked in academic settings since then. Her program of research has focused on "Improving cardiovascular health in patients with chronic kidney disease." She has received professional research grants to help fund her research studies and she has published several manuscripts based on her research findings in scholarly peer reviewed journals. Currently her research has expanded to focus on interventions to promote exercise in the chronic kidney disease population.
