Tracy Anderson-Haag is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Kidney Transplantation at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. After earning her PharmD at University of Minnesota she completed a 2-year Nephrology/Transplantation Specialty Residency at HCMC. Dr. Anderson- Haag is currently responsible for the care of inpatient and outpatient kidney transplant recipients and actively participates in NIH-sponsored research on kidney donors. In addition to her patient care activities, Tracy is also program director for a PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency Program in Transplantation. When she’s not speaking for ANNA, Tracy enjoys trail running, reading, eating, travel and most importantly spending time with her husband Mike, daughters Annika and Elyse and their beloved beagle Brodie.
