Dr. Tracy Anderson-Haag is a clinical pharmacy specialist in kidney transplantation at Hennepin Healthcare and holds a clinical assistant professor appointment at the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. Dr. Anderson-Haag graduated from the University of Minnesota, completed a 2-year Nephrology/Transplantation Specialty Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center and is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy. Dr. Anderson-Haag is responsible for the care of inpatient and ambulatory kidney transplant recipients and living kidney donors through all phases of transplant care. In addition to her patient care activities, she is also the residency program director of the Post Graduate Year 2 Solid Organ Transplant Residency program at Hennepin Healthcare. She was one of three pharmacists nationally recognized with a Master Preceptor distinction from the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy in 2019.
