Tracy Anderson-Haag is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Kidney Transplantation at Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) and holds a Clinical Assistant Professor appointment at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. Tracy was born and raised in St. Croix Falls, WI. She earned her doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy and subsequently completed a 2-year Nephrology/Transplantation Specialty Residency at HCMC in 2002 and became Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy that same year. Dr. Anderson-Haag is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy and is responsible for the care of inpatient and ambulatory kidney transplant recipients and living donors. In addition to her patient care activities, Tracy is the Residency Program Director of the PGY-2 Solid Organ Transplant residency at HCMC and actively participates in NIH-sponsored research on living kidney donors.
