Christine Mudge MS, RN, CNS/PNPc, FAAN, CNN

Christine Mudge graduated from Kaiser School of Nursing. She received her BS & MS from the University of California San Francisco. She has over 35 years of combined experience in nephrology, hepatology and transplantation. Chris has worked with individuals and their families across the life span with a primary focus on pediatrics. She has had experience with all renal replacement therapies, but for the last 25+ years has been involved with children undergoing liver and/or kidney transplants. Chris is a certified nephrology nurse, a certified pediatric nurse practitioner, and a fellow in the American Academy of Nursing. She has numerous publications to her credit and has spoken regionally, nationally and internationally on various topics related to nephrology, hepatology, pediatrics and professional nursing. Chris is a member of the Nephrology Nursing Journal Editorial Board and Northern California Chapter 504. She recently retired and is considering “going back” part time.
